We are ready to go, did you all get weighed in last Friday. I am hoping this will get off to a good start Spring is FINALLY here. I am looking to see if anyone wants to add to the low fat and calorie recipes I am going to be posting. If you do just put them up. I can't wait to see what types of recipes you come up with that I can try.
Keep working at it, this is a hard struggle, but you can do it, a pound or 2 a week is a great start.
